Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of E-books and downloadable materials are final. Once the download link is provided, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you face any technical issues with the file, please contact us at hello@motivationnyou.com.
​Physical Products :
At Motivation N You, every physical product is custom-printed specifically for you based on the design and specifications you select at the time of purchase. Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues or personal preference (non-liking).
Returns or replacements are only applicable in the case of manufacturing defects.
1. Quality Review & Replacement
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the size ordered, please follow our resolution process:

Share 2-3 clear images of the product (if it is a sizing discrepancy, include a measuring tape showing the dimensions).

Our production team will review the claim immediately.

If a manufacturing error is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement for you at no extra cost.

To initiate a claim, you must provide proof, such as an unboxing video or clear images of the defective product.
​Cancellations :

Physical Items: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

Digital Items: E-books, AI prompts and other virtual orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed.
