Refund & Cancellation Policy

 E-books & Digital Products :

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of E-books and downloadable materials are final. Once the download link is provided, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you face any technical issues with the file, please contact us at motivateme@motivationnyou.com.

​Physical Products :

If the received product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a refund or replacement. You’ll need to provide proof, such as an unboxing video or images of the defective product. We do not offer exchanges. If a customer wants to exchange a product, they must place a new order.

In general, we do not offer exchanges. Still, at Motivation N You, we want to ensure your gear fits your lifestyle perfectly. If you experience any sizing issues with your order, please follow our streamlined resolution process:

1. Quality Review & Replacement If the product received does not match the size ordered, please share 2-3 clear images of the product with a measuring tape showing the dimensions. Our production team will review the claim immediately. If a manufacturing error is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement for you at no extra cost.

2. Standard Size Exchange If the product matches the size ordered but does not fit you comfortably, we are happy to facilitate an exchange:

  • Reverse Pickup: You can opt for a reverse pickup from your location (standard shipping charges may apply). To initiate this, you have to e-mail at motivateme@motivationnyou.com.

  • Validation: Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check (must be unused and in original packaging), we will process your return or exchange.

​Cancellations :

Orders for physical items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. E-book orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed.
