My Reliance family is my constant source of energy. For me it has been a privilege to lead Reliance.

There can’t be a better celebration of our 40 years than to be with my entire Reliance family of two hundred and fifty thousand people in its spirit and full glory all together.

This is also my 40th year in Reliance. What I am today is just because of Reliance.

The first lesson my father taught me is ‘Courage’. With courage & self beleif , you could overcome any adversity. ‘Saahas ek aisi taakat hai jiske aage dar Ko bhi dar lgta hai’. (No fear where there is courage)

I want our today’s young Reliance leaders to realise that achieving your potential is the quest of the ordinary, conquering the impossible is your destiny.

Second lesson I have learnt from my father is ‘Empathy’. The more we care , the higher we grow.

Third lesson by my father is absolute ‘Faith in Technology and Talent’. When top technology and talent work together they produce unbeatable innovation, creation and invention.

Fourth and last lesson I have learnt from my father is ‘Dil Ka Rishta’. We should value trust, loyalty and direct heart to heart connection.
