How to get motivation while alone at home

Be a writer with fun
Many of you may believe or agree that only a negative thought is enough to distract us in life. When we have an empty mind, we have more chance of distraction of mind because we could be easily affected by more and more negative thoughts in this time and there is a universal phrase which is ‘an empty mind is a devil’s workshop’. So if you wanna live peacefully in your life you couldn’t afford having an empty mind. The time when you stay alone at your home, mostly you have an empty mind because you wanna feel relax. So, there must be a mechanism which would ensure no distraction of mind in your spare time or alone at home.
You must be spending pretty much time at your home or in your room alone in a month. If i ask you that what do you do in that spare time. I am sure that most of your answer would be either sleeping or entertaining yourself (TV, social media or so on). What if this spare & relaxing time could motivate you. What if this spare time could lead you to your dreams of life. Guys, there are many sort of things which could motivate & encourages you for your life even in your free time.
In this regard, first you’ve to know/make your goals of life, destination of life, dream of life. Now, while alone (or in spare time) at home or somewhere else, you must find some ways to improve those skills which are helpful in your dream. Their must be some simple & easy ways which you could find yourself. These methods could be easily implemented at your place. I am sharing few examples below.
– Imagine, you wanna become an actor, now in your spare time you could entertain yourself by talking to your surroundings. It could be your room walls, curtains, doors, fan, chair, electric panel (switches, plugs), bag, mug, watch, clock or any stuff of the world. Some of you may wonder that how could we talk to non living things. All you need to imagine & start a conversation with these objects. Obviously, this is one way Communication but you’ve to imagine the other side & talk accordingly.
Generally, your diction, tone, body language, confidence, expressions matter a lot as far as acting is concerned. You get a chance to improve yourself on all these areas by practicing above method. Imagine, you’ve only 10 minutes spare everyday & you practice acting, after an year or two you are gonna become a typical actor without any investment or external coaching/training & without disturbance in your current profession. Later on, you could move for training for specific enhancements of your acting skills.
– Same way, if you wanna become a writer but stick in another profession. You could practice writing in your spare time. Just practice free writing of your interests & keep a record of all. All along, don’t forget to post your writing on social platforms. You never know that which piece of writing could help someone in the world. It must be fun for you, you must enjoy this & it must relax you, after all it’s your relaxing/spare time.
When you start practising such methods at home, you start to gain so much positivity, which would encourage you to self motivation. These 10 or 20 minutes in a day would play an important role in your life/career. I have given only two examples, there could be many more, even you could apply this method in order to achieve any dream of your life.
